40 Days to FabYOUlous!
Led by Ericka Harris
This is a 40-day challenge that includes physical and spiritual growth.
Work out with Ericka weekly at 9:00 am on Wednesdays at the church, May 22 through June 26 (except June 12 during Summer Slam). Childcare available with advance notice by the preceding Sunday to Krissy at kgodines@summitcorpus.com or 992-9921.
There will be a measure and weigh-in if you want to keep track of your weight loss. We will also be doing a devotional called 40 Days to FabYOUlous! There is a Facebook page to get the devotionals (just be Ericka’s friend) or hard copies will be available at the Info Desk.
The 40-day challenge officially begins Sunday, May 19, but you could join any time. We will conclude on June 26th with our final workout group and weigh in! (There might even be a prize for the person with the most weight loss!) So excited for this 40 day challenge!!!! JOIN ME!

Our hair might be grey, but we still have spring in our soul! Join us to make friendships and share your walk with the Lord. This is a time for uplifting encouragement. We won’t be put out to pasture or resigned to a rocking chair, so also be ready for whatever God might have for us do together to help needy ones in our church and community.
