As soon as the car leaves the driveway the kids start asking, “Are we there yet?” Sometimes, on the Christian journey toward conformity to the image of Jesus, we can think we are approaching the destination. Then something happens and we find we aren’t as far along as we thought – perhaps we haven’t even left the garage. If we are never going to attain perfection in this life then why even try? Here are at least four reasons.
